Raphaela Browne is a Certified Life Coach, Organizational and Business Consultant, committed to empowering women to not just live and think “outside of the box” but to demolish the box within their personal lives and careers.

As a motivator, "extreme encourager" and a results driven coach, Raphaela supports her clients in reaching goals they’ve always desired to achieve. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Springfield College, Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from West Chester University and certification in Personal and Executive Coaching from Valorie Burton's CaPP Institute. Raphaela helped to develop programming for the City of Philadelphia’s youth. She also provided training and guidance for staff in order to implement quality services to the youth and their families.

After working in nonprofit leadership and program development for over a decade, Raphaela left to pursue a life that would afford her more balance and allow her to fully use her gifts and talents. As a single parent, the transition allowed her to devote more time to her daughter, as her first priority. Raphaela’s business motto “Live Well. Live Bold. Live in Color”, focuses on women business owners, organizational leaders, professionals and individuals defining the vision for their lives and thriving in it!
