Towards this goal, I am helping people and organizations develop safe spaces for growing, learning and creating.

I am a founder of the “Hacker School” which inspires kids to learn programming in Germany and of the MINISTRY Group which combines communication, technology and organizational development to help organizations and individuals transform to full potential.
