Houston, Texas, United States

I've lived in Houston, Texas most of my life. The city is vastly different from my childhood rememberances of dusty empty streets. It's hard to imagine now. In the summers the streets now are still empty because everyone is walking the underground.

As a child our family outings took place anywhere we didn't have to spend money. The zoo, the parks, or we'd head to the airport where we could stand on the roof of the single terminal and watch the planes take off and land.

If I was able to do only one thing, I would choose reading, preferably sitting in a tree.
