Rick Myers is passionate about business, music, and aviation. He specializes in business consulting, mergers, acquisitions, and advisory services. He currently serves as the SVP, Finance for Big Machine Label Group in Nashville.

Myers is the former Chief Operating Officer (COO)/Managing Director of Courage Music where he served as and oversaw all operations, mergers, and acquisitions for four years.

Previously, Myers was the founder and President of 12South Financial, an accounting firm focused on media and entertainment clients and their aviation related assets. Before founding 12South, he served as VP, Corporate Controller/Program Management Officer for Integrity Music.

Myers also owned and operated Solomon Financial, Inc., a Nashville based accounting firm focused on entertainment clients and professional athletes. Myers helped form Pioneer Music Group, a record label owned by Pioneer Electronics.

Myers specializes in providing executive leadership, managing strategic initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, optimizing operations and finance, establishing new operations, facilitating turn arounds, and fixing stuck or broken projects.

Myers has spent his entire career helping others fulfill their dreams. His clients have collectively won over ten Grammy awards, secured many top radio hits, ran multiple profitable tours under his oversight, and leveraged business aviation to become more efficient.

Over his career Myers has helped raise a half a billion dollars in capital and has supported a quarter of a billion dollars in mergers and acquisitions. Myers has formed well over 100 entities, served as contract CFO/COO for over 40 different companies through his accounting practices.

Myers is a certified public account (CPA), private pilot with an instrument rating, drone pilot, and a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served for five years. Myers earned a BBA in accounting from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.
