Jacob is an internationally experienced consultant with a commercial and innovative mind-set. He has during the last 3 years consulted European and Asian companies on strategy, business model, innovation, business development and internationalization. Jacob has experience with organizations across sectors and sizes covering Fortune500s, SMEs and start-ups.

Further, Jacob personally has a few startups under his belt as a founder, including a successful exit. The entrepreneurial background has provided Jacob with a strong focus on implementable and actionable solutions.
Jacob brings forward an analytical approach to projects and is opportunity-driven in his commercial solutions.
Jacob has worked with business development and sales across continents and industries with focus on value propositions, business models, revenue streams and sales strategies. Supplementary, Jacob has developed go-to-market strategies for a number of projects.

Understanding technology and its consequences for business is a key focus for Jacob. Accordingly, Jacob has worked on digital projects in the areas of concept development, project management and business development.

Jacob has a keen interest in innovation and has experience in developing and implementing innovation strategies.

He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School. Additionally, he has studied at University of Copenhagen and Indian Institute of Management – Kozhikode.
