Over two decades, I have been at the forefront of digital evolution — driving change and pioneering new approaches in a landscape that never stops shifting.
My journey began in the early days of the Web 1.0 internet boom, where I evangelized the potential of the World Wide Web to Fortune 500 companies. I was a digital prophet preaching to corporate congregations who had yet to glimpse the promised land. It was exhilarating work.
Before healthcare claimed the larger part of my professional life, I spent fifteen formative years building the instincts that would define everything that followed. I cut my teeth in global IT strategy at Forte PLC and Le Meridien Hotels, in technology operations across 43 countries. At Agency.com, as Vice President of Technology, I led a team of over 30 technical resources, advising major enterprises on the interactive technologies that were quietly remaking commerce and communication. As Global CIO at Euro RSCG, I delivered cost savings through infrastructure consolidation. At Cushman & Wakefield, I spearheaded a global CRM rollout that transformed how commercial brokers managed their most valuable asset: client relationships. And in parallel, I co-founded Avivocom, a startup that streamed live video and audio directly into banner advertising for clients including IBM, Verizon, Adobe, and Microsoft — years before the market caught up with the idea.
I got into healthcare in 2010 as the Global Head of Digital & Innovation at inVentiv Health. I spearheaded digital strategies across life sciences — building a team and frameworks for innovation in clinical and commercial operations.
At Ogilvy, serving as Chief Digital Officer for both Ogilvy Health and Ogilvy Consulting, I focused on healthcare marketing and patient engagement. I led the creation of an EHR and Point-of-Care practice and an innovation lab focused on emerging technologies. A maker space for innovation in pharma marketing, shaping how healthcare companies approach digital solutions and customer experience.
As Managing Partner for Global Digital Health at FINN Partners,I continued my work in omnichannel marketing and digital customer experience, helping define the future of healthcare engagement.
At Doceree, as Chief Growth Officer, I am working on the future of healthcare marketing itself. Doceree is building a modern, digital HCP engagement operating system that transforms how marketers connect with healthcare professionals. This is not evolution. It is a revolution.
I have always believed that true digital transformation is not about implementing new tools. It is about changing mindsets and cultures. That philosophy shapes everything I do — particularly in emerging technologies, which I regard as powerful instruments for revolutionizing patient care and healthcare delivery.
Beyond the corporate sphere, my work extends into the communities I call home. I am on the board of Radio Free Montclair, championing independent media and local voices. I serve on the board of AAPI NJ, advancing Asian American and Pacific Islander communities in NJ. I also chair the board of the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America, bringing whatever expertise I have to health advocacy where it matters most — in the lives of patients and their families.
