I started my journey in artisan furniture and room space design and spent years in the construction field, learning the value of hard work and tangible results.

Now, I’m focused on a different kind of building: community and restoration. Through my outreach work, I offer safe spaces for awareness and healing groups. To deepen this practice, I am trained in Narrative Focused Trauma Care Level 1. As a storywork coach in Michigan, I am combining my practical background with a heart for trauma-informed advocacy. I can also provide services for those who live outside of Michigan with certain caveats in few states

Please contact me if you’d like more information about our weekly group meetings around Southwestern, Michigan. We have groups for men and women on multiple week nights. We also offer group retreats and a meditation center on a serene, 72-acre wooded property

You may also reach out if you’d like to do personal or group coaching sessions to learn more about themes in your life. My aim is to help people learn how to regain personal agency that helps one to work through ambivalence and life transitions. I do offer a sliding scale to provide services to people who are experiencing financial difficulties.
