Active and outgoing professional. Over 40 years of law enforcement experience serving in all positions from police officer to Chief of Police, with a unique background in city, county, and state public safety agencies with additional service in university policing.

Robert is currently the Chief of Police in Parsons, Kansas. A diverse rural community of 12,000 in SE Kansas that serves as a regional retail and manufacturing hub.

Experienced in all areas of managing of public/community/media relations, police program design, development, and direction; task force oversight, design of policies and procedures; budget preparation; grant-writing, and training.

Volunteer Involvement: Build Committee Member for KBYS-FM [www.kbys.fm], former Executive Director/General Manager (KSQM 91.5 FM - www.ksqmfm.com), non-profit community radio station with over 100 volunteers. Former member of the Board of Directors for the Sequim Senior Activity Center (1,800 members). Rotary Club of Sequim.
