Robert P. Miraglia is a New York attorney and the principal of Miraglia Law, P.C., a plaintiff’s litigation firm serving New York City and Long Island. In and out of the courtroom, Robert has proven a fierce advocate for people who are injured as a result of negligence or recklessness, and for those that have suffered discrimination or abuse. He has litigated matters that include motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, employment discrimination and police misconduct – bringing to each case his passion for justice and mission to see victims compensated. Prior to private practice Robert served in a variety of capacities in both the public and private sectors. Most recently he was the Deputy General Counsel of the NYC Council’s Land Use Division. Earlier, Robert served as Counsel to former Council Member and Zoning Chairman, Hon. Mark S. Weprin, as a Senior Manager with Greystone & Co.’s Management Solutions, and as an aide to then Council Member, and Finance Chair, Hon. David I. Weprin. Robert is a Queens native and lifelong New Yorker. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Queens College, with honors, and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. Robert is admitted to practice in New York State and Federal courts, sits on the New York City Bar Association’s Land Use, Planning & Zoning Committee, and is a proud member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
