Roy Gagaza serves as president and chief executive officer of a retirement-focused financial firm that helps people move from working life into retirement with simple, understandable strategies. He entered the financial services field after completing a long and varied military career, bringing with him a steady sense of mission and responsibility. His company maintains offices in Manteca, California, and in the communities of Aiea and Honolulu, Hawaii, so he can stay close to the people he serves on both the mainland and the islands.

Roy first served in the U.S. Army Reserve and later on active duty as an Armor Officer, where he spent two decades working with soldiers in training and in combat. He became both Airborne and Ranger qualified, led a tank platoon with the 1st Armored Division during Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm, and later commanded a cavalry troop in South Korea. He also worked as an operations and training officer, preparing units at multiple levels for deployment into the theater.

Gagaza earned the Bronze Star during his time in uniform and balanced those responsibilities with careful preparation for his second career. While still serving, including a demanding year in Kuwait in 2004, he began meeting with families, delivering educational seminars, and studying for professional designations as a Certified Estate Planner and Registered Financial Consultant. He retired from the Army in 2008 and carried forward his commitment to service, now focused on helping people understand their options and organize their financial futures with greater clarity.

Roy Gagaza now leads a firm that offers retirement planning, investment and wealth management, tax planning, health care strategies, and legacy and estate guidance. He listens closely to each person, works to understand what they value, and then builds step-by-step plans instead of relying on one-size-fits-all solutions. Industry partners have recognized his work with multiple honors and awards, including long-standing recognition from national organizations that support financial professionals serving retirees and pre-retirees.

Roy devotes energy to helping clients picture a meaningful life after full-time work and then create a realistic path toward that vision, paying attention to preserving savings, building dependable income, and allowing room for changing needs.
