Sabah Mikha is an MBA candidate at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. Prior to business school, Sabah had a successful career as an accountant working at various companies such as Ernst & Young, Wells Fargo Capital Finance, and Monroe Capital.
After graduating from University of California, Santa Barbara, Sabah Mikha decided to continue his studies at the University of Notre Dame with a M.S. in Accountancy. During his time there, he earned a full scholarship through the Ernst & Young Master Plan program. As much as he was involved with his studies, Sabah Mikah wanted to make sure he had the opportunity to give back to his community. Growing up, Sabha was fortunate enough to have incredible mentors and role models guide him each and everyday. Because of their help, Sabha was able to make a strong action plan and well informed decisions that eventually led to his academic and professional success. Because of this, Sabah has become more involved with various community engagements.
One of his most proud works has been his support with women's cancer initiatives. With these programs, Sabah contributes regularly to organizations that work to combat gynecologic and breast cancer. These include, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance, and the Women’s Cancer Research Institute at Cedars-Sanai Medical Center in West Hollywood.
Outside of his volunteer work, Sabah Mikha is very much passionate about his work and professional goals. He was able to start his professional career early on immediately after college with various positions at Washington Mutual, Commerce Capital Group Securities, Ernst & Young LLP, and Wells Fargo Capital Finance. With these firms, Sabah was able to cultivate a stronger understand of finance, business, and management that has led him to his path today.
Currently, because of his own personal goals for his professional career, Sabah Mikha decided to leave his position as Assistant Vice President of Technology Finance at Wells Fargo to pursue a MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Marketing at Northwestern, Kellogg School of Management. With his vision, adaptability, and strong work ethics, Sabah was able to earn the Northern Trust Company Scholarship. In addition, Sabah serves holds various extracurricular and leadership roles at Kellogg.
