Growing up on California’s Central Coast, Santa Barbara, Saen was raised with the freedom to explore the world around him and to learn things beyond what was being taught in school. Saen was surrounded by a large extended family, including 4 siblings, 15 aunts and uncles, and dozens of cousins.At 20, Saen went to work at Datsun, where he gained a love for marketing and working with people. This is where he would also be exposed to an opportunity that would shape the rest of his life when a client asked him to join a nationwide stock brokerage firm and become a stockbroker.

Saen excelled as a stockbroker and became the youngest manager in this nationwide financial institution, overseeing a team of 127 stockbrokers. Saen’s ability to earn the trust of other people and build personal relationships with his clients allowed him to thrive as a stockbroker and a manager.

Saen then transitioned from stockbroker to financial planner and began working with one of the largest financial institutions in the world, New York Life. While at New York Life, Saen learned about the strategy of investing in Tax Lien Certificates and soon thereafter began investing in Tax Lien Certificates full-time.

Within two short years, Saen became recognized as one of the world’s leading experts on the subject of investing in Tax Lien Certificates. Saen continues to speak to audiences all over the world, and has shared the stage with notables such as Colin Powell, Rudy Guliani, Zig Ziglar, T. Harv Eker, Donald Trump, David Bach and many other incredible speakers and authors.
