From an early age, I learned how to tend the relationships and resources that allow a business to truly thrive. Growing up inside my parents’ successful family-owned companies gave me a front-row seat to cycles, patterns, and the deeply human dynamics of leadership. I explored many roles, embraced responsibility early, and discovered a kind of magic in weaving together creativity, structure, and soul.

Those years shaped me like a home-schooled Executive MBA—long before I studied psychology and organizational development. I became a big-picture thinker and a deep listener. Over time, I began mentoring others—helping hundreds of leaders bring clarity, warmth, and integrity into the heart of their work.

Today, I focus on conscious leadership within organizations, retreats, and passion-fueled projects that are choosing to do things differently. I work with founders, visionaries, and change agents who are ready to lead in grounded, soulful, and collaborative ways.

A sacred initiative called The Wisdom School is now beginning to emerge—a field where ancient traditions and modern transmissions converge to shape the future of learning, healing, and becoming.

I also love great design, transformative experiences, good food, and fine craftsmanship. I’m a joyful grandmother of five remarkable young humans, a traveler in both body and soul, and someone who believes business is one of the most potent places we can birth a new story for humanity.
