• STRATEGY / INSIGHTS: over 15 years of experience deriving insights from data and building strategies that can impact the speed of drug development in R&D but also the successful launch and reimbursement of pharmaceutical drugs.
• DRUG PRE-LAUNCH / LAUNCH READINESS: 12 years of experience and 5 blockbuster drugs successfully launched at country and global level: Cosentyx, Xolair in CSU, Ilaris in AID, Simponi, Stelara. Leading the medical affairs global teams in the generation, interpretation and communication of scientific data with relevant stakeholders. Shaped and implemented the global MSL function in Immunology for CRISP communication of Key Scientific messages and education on Novartis clinical pipeline.
• CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT:12 years in the design, review, execution, and reporting of clinical trials.
• PRE-CLINICAL RESEARCH: 10 years of experience (CRO + Academic research) testing compounds efficacy and toxicity and 3 years of experience (data42) deriving predictive safety insights from pre-clinical to clinical
• DRUG DISCOVERY: Over 5 years of experience in biologics targeting the immune system
