I am a consultant specializing in executive and organizational development. I've had the distinct honor of working with clients in the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Despite our language and cultural differences, most of us want to make a real difference.

My academic training is complemented by ten years of entrepreneurial experience from managing a family-owned business, as well as studying and traveling abroad extensively. I have nearly a decade of experience doing research in emotions, judgment and decision-making, personality, and the psychology of choice.

Today, I work leaders and their teams by providing assessment, training, selection, and coaching customized to the organization's needs.

I work with CEOs, Boards, Executive Teams, and leaders to go from success to exemplary. When I am not working, I enjoy swimming, riding my bike, spending time with my family, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and discovering new places to travel.
