I am Sandra Ledesma, a bilingual author and Spanish translator based in sunny Southern California, where I live with my husband and our son. My first children’s book, It’s Party Time! But Where Is My Outfit?, was inspired by the cheerful chaos of last-minute family and neighbourhood celebrations, when getting ready turns into a thrilling adventure!
As a certified English–Spanish court interpreter and proud former English learner, I know first-hand the beauty and challenge of living between two languages. That experience shapes every story I write, celebrating the joy of language, culture, and connection.
Soon, It’s Party Time! will be available in Spanish and other languages so that more families can share the fun and the magic of reading together.
