Shelton Haynes is a seasoned executive leader and founder with more than 15 years of executive leadership experience helping organizations achieve higher levels of performance, clarity, and scale. Shelton is valued for his strategic judgment, executive presence, and ability to bring coherence to complexity. He partners with organizations across the performance spectrum—from high achievers seeking their next level of excellence to institutions navigating change—helping leaders build organizations that are resilient, scalable, and well-positioned for the future.
In addition to leading MEH Advisory, Shelton serves as a Board Member and Student Engagement Lead for HBCU Access New York, where he supports initiatives that expand awareness, access, and opportunity for New York City students seeking to attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
