I am a licensed Psychotherapist and use a mindfulness based approach to support clients with trauma recovery, anxiety, self-acceptance, feeling & expressing emotions and relationship concerns (intimacy, boundary setting, transparent communication).

I see creative minded professionals, adolescents, LGBTQQ community and queer youth as well as families who are caring for an adolescent or young adult suffering from early psychosis symptoms.

In psychotherapy sessions I guide you into the present moment to help you connect with your feelings and make sense of your emotional experience. I offer somatic (body-based) approaches to help you navigate and cope with strong emotions so you can feel your feelings without being overwhelmed.

I am also a clinician at UCSF early psychosis clinic & I stay updated with the latest research findings about early psychosis. I see families in my private practice who are struggling to cope with anxiety, stress & grief related to caring for their loved one and adjusting to this life change.

I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation and sliding scale options for those with financial need.
