Simon is a service-user researcher and PhD student at The University of Leeds, within the School of Healthcare. He graduated from The University of Manchester with a first class BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences with Industrial/Professional Experience in July 2016. He is also a consumer health advocate and patient research ambassador for people living with long-term conditions across the United Kingdom and Europe, working with a variety of individuals, teams and organisations. His specialists interests include musculoskeletal health, child and adolescent health, disease self-management and digital health interventions.
