Simon Moores is a Technology Futurist and information risk consultant. A former Sky News contributor and 'Technology Ambassador' for the British Government during the premiership of Tony Blair, he is a Vice President of the Conservative Science and Technology Forum and was the author of 'March of the Spiders' and a co-author of a 'A Digital Plan for Britain.'

Specializing in information security risk, the evolving nature of artificial intelligence and the ethical challenges of the new attention economy, Simon advises organisations and governments on the converging and accelerating technology trends now shaping the future of business and society.

A part-time commercial pilot and visiting lecturer at the School of Law, Criminal Justice & Computing (Faculty of Social & Applied Sciences) at Canterbury Christ Church University, Simon is an international conference speaker and a regular event chair of the annual international eCrime Congress.
