Programmer in Nairobi, Kenya
I'm Martin Gitehi. I am Kenyan. A lot can be said about who I am. I will keep it short and sweet. I am a software developer, which is really a grander term for computer programmer. I am also a writer, a poet and a lover of music and all forms of art.
My interests in writing stem from my own experiences growing up and as the person I am every single day. I write on matters of life. All of it. The good, the ugly, the painful, and the very lovely of human beings.
In telling the stories of my life, I want to be honest, candidly open, inclusive and forthright. Close to my heart are issues of feminism, women, human rights, LGBTI people and their right to live and love freely as everyone else.
You may not know, for now, but I am also a musician and a song writer. I could go on, but as I said, let's keep it short and cute.
My mantra for everyday life is simple: live and feel and be as much as you can.
