Hey, y’all! My name is Stacy Aguilar, and I’m a digital media and yearbook teacher in Fort Worth, TX. I’m married to Daniel, a very clever lawyer at a firm downtown, mother to little Jane, who was born January 24th, 2016, and I adore our dog, Jack.

These days, I blog about family, our home, our community, and every now and then, the fun projects I’m working on. During the day, I’m a teacher at the Young Women’s Leadership Academy, where I get to teach middle and high school girls about things like photography, journalism, graphic design, and film. I also stay pretty busy in my city as the treasurer and web person for my neighborhood association, as a collaborator with a group of people seeking to renovate and beautify Bluebonnet Circle, and as a former executive committee member of the SteerFW.

Lots of fun things that keep me busy. But what I really cherish is time with my family in our home, finding opportunities to sit around a table with good friends and good wine, creating for the sake of creating, and on occasion, traveling around the world. Oh and snuggling with this adorable new creature! (Click here if you’re interested in Jane’s birth story.) Glad you’re here for a bit!
