I partner with business and technology teams to design and execute digital transformations. Ultimately, my objective is to deliver competitive advantage to my clients. Over the course of ~12 years, I have led more than $90m worth of digitalization initiatives focusing on omni-channel engagement, customer service and support, e-commerce, analytics and automation.

• Integrate strategy and execution: Analysts, designers and developers must speak the same language. I follow repeatable strategy-to-execution approaches that translate business objectives to executable requirements
