For 30 years, I've worked at platforms where global sustainability policy is made, across climate change, circular economy, the SDGs, and green transition. For the last seven, that work has concentrated on food systems. Now I'm building the platforms that will reshape how it's governed.

I'm Founder and Executive Director of the FoodDiplomacy Network, and Board Member at the Agricultural University of Athens. My work sits at the intersection of food systems transformation, economic policy, and global governance.

The FoodDiplomacy Network convenes governments, businesses, academia, and civil society as peers to reshape food systems governance. They set the agenda. We outline frameworks that work and channel them into the multilateral system, corporate networks and other institutions to drive institutional change.

I bring 20+ years inside the UN system (UNEP, UNESCAP, FAO), where I established the UN Food Systems Coordination Hub and led sustainability policy at Director level. I know what works inside institutions and what doesn't.
