The numbers matter, of course. They tell you where you are, what’s working, and where things may be headed. But behind every spreadsheet, business plan, and financial decision are people trying to build something meaningful—often with limited time, limited resources, and many competing priorities.
That’s where I come in. I work with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and business leaders to bring greater clarity, strengthen their decision-making, and uncover opportunities for collaboration they might otherwise overlook.
My approach combines financial and operational insight, strategic thinking, and relationship-building. Sometimes it means stepping back and looking at the bigger picture.
