Hi. I'm Steve Knight – owner of Customer-Centric. I’m an enthusiastic mechanical engineering and business tutor that loves to keep learning.

I’ve been teaching, training and coaching people over the age of sixteen in the classroom and one-on-one for many years, including adults that are long-term unemployed and looking to re-enter the workplace.

Before I became a tutor I worked within the plastics injection moulding and extrusion industries, colour matching materials for new projects and solving materials processing issues.

Now, I support colleges of Further Education to deliver courses to full-time learners and apprentices, and offer career coaching to those who are uncertain of the way forward and how their course aligns with industry requirements.

When I'm not in the classroom or coaching, I'm likely making time for colleagues to see how I can help.
