To start with, Suraj Jadhav is a engineering enthusiast with a zest to innovate in a varied number of web technologies. JavaScript is one of those playground where he likes to sprint. Fall in love with the concept of Hybrid Apps which made him develop few apps using Cordova. Suraj Jadhav likes to constantly evolve and optimize things to make it more better than before.

The technology fad didn't start the way it is depicted above. During his academics, Suraj Jadhav was awestruck with Physics, didn't knew the basics of web architecture. Till one of the professors came with some work that required building a Feedback System and he cling-ed on to it since. Suraj Jadhav got fond of JavaScript while building a HTML5 Game from his first job. And he didn't look back since, started fulltime JavaScript Development whether it be jQuery, AngularJS or any other full-stack library.

Then came Customer360, a SaaS product for Mobile Customer Engagement, Screen Share, Video Chat, Helpdesk Software.

The journey with Customer360 started with designing the architecture from scratch that gave him a wide and in-depth knowledge about multiple important aspects of development. Not only developmental aspect but also contributed to his decision making skills. Apart from that, Suraj Jadhav got to define the core product too. Customer360 gives freedom to their employees to experiment with technology platforms which allows them to grow rapidly.

Currently staged as Technical Lead (Front-End Engineering), Suraj Jadhav with a hard-working spirited team and under the guidance of supportive seniors, is looking to continue evolving, innovating and improving in terms of Career, Product and Individual.
