Hi 👋 I'm Talia - a tech-savvy project & program leader, automation strategist, and born problem-solver based in NYC.

For nearly a decade, I’ve helped teams work smarter, not harder - most recently at Warner Bros. Discovery, where I helped build and scale a product automation team from the ground up. I’m at my best when I’m untangling messy processes, removing manual work, and building systems that actually make people’s days easier. I care deeply about adoption and experience, because the best solutions aren’t just powerful, they’re human.

I also lead automation and AI consulting through Daptify, working closely with executives and teams to find the right problems to solve, prioritize what matters most, and turn ideas into real, measurable outcomes. I’m hands-on, collaborative, and known for bridging the gap between business and technical teams in a way that builds trust and momentum.

But I’m not all business. In the summer you’ll find me soaking up the sun near the water or at a baseball game and in the winter hitting the slopes! 🏖️⚾️🎿 I have an entrepreneurial spirit and love new experiences!
