Teka has over eight years of experience working directly with youth, creating a vibrant and energetic high school youth council, and developing effective after-school programs at the elementary, middle and high school level. She has taught life skills and abstinence classes to more than 5,000 youth and has trained teens and adults to teach them as well. Teka brings a sense of fun and purpose to her work with youth and adults alike, using result-based facilitation that encourages organizations to achieve at their highest levels. She is a graduate of Augusta State University and worked for Columbia County Community Connections as the Assistant Director in Harlem, Ga. Teka is now a consultant and specializes in the areas of teambuilding, leadership development and staff engagement. It is her desire to motivate and inspire all.
