Timothy Waugh is a Sydney based music and entertainment professional, wildlife warrior and outdoor adventurer. Timothy has 3 children with his spouse Bianca Monley (Eat Fit Food) and spends much of his time in Berrima, NSW, Australia.

Waugh is the Director of Nightclub Marketing at The Star Sydney, namely Marquee Sydney. He is a nightlife entertainment professional with 20 years experience in the top echelons of the international dance music industry. His career portfolio has included work with Marquee Sydney, international superstar Erick Morillo, Grammy Award nominee Dirty South and Australian dance/pop sensations Sneaky Sound System. Waugh’s foray onto the international artist management circuit was preceded by 10 years of venue and event management in Australia, notably with his role as General Manager of one of the era's foremost super-clubs Home Sydney between 2000 and 2004.

Outside of work, Timothy is an avid outdoor adventurer and wildlife warrior. Together with his spouse Bianca Monley (Eat Fit Food), Waugh runs Gunu Berrima, a stunning 100-acre boutique wellness retreat, natural food farm & wildlife sanctuary in Berrima, NSW, Australia. He is an active participant in the local Southern Highlands community and is a member of the NSW Rural Fire Service (Berrima Brigade). Aspiring to a greater agenda for conservation in the Southern Highlands, Waugh is spending 2016 establishing a fund raising initiative called Train For Wildlife. It aims to preserve and protect wildlife in Berrima. The beneficiaries will be WIRES (Wildlife Rescue Service), The NSW Rural Fire Service and Taronga Zoo.
