Tony Byus

Tokyo

Grew up on video games in the 80's, never imagined it could be a career. Got lucky and joined Virgin Interactive in 1994 as a "Games Tester". Never even heard of "Producers", yet went home the first day with my heart set on the job. Was very privileged to work on Broken Sword, Jimmy White's, Resident Evil amoungst others.

Moved to Tokyo in 2000 to study Japanese "for one year". I'm still here in 2015. After working at several Japanese video game publishers in Tokyo (Taito, Activsion, Genki, Marvelous Interactive, Interchannel), I have established my own company called Rainy Frog LLC.

Rainy Frog publishes foreign games in Japan and supports international and Japanese companies with their businesses.

I work within a network of clients, relying on recommendations, including major players in the video game, online and smartphone industry.
