◉ PhD in Sociology. ◉ Economic & policy analyst (Joint Research Centre of the European Commission).

I have an strong interest in the area between economics and sociology, focusing on issues such as: * change in employment structures; * job quality and working conditions; * technical change, work and employment; * inequality and social protection, etc.

I am also interested and I have some expertise in other topics related with the ones mentioned above:education, socio-demographic trends, urban sociology and socio-economic determinants of health.

I have been working as a visiting researcher at EUROFOUND (Dublin, Ireland) and the European University Institute (Florence, Italy) and I have participated in competitive research projects, both national (Economic cycle, employment and inequality -CIEDES-) and international (European Jobs Monitor).

I also have experience in the private sector (40dB. -social and market research-); as a freelance consultant (La Caixa, Eguía Careaga Foundation) and in the national administration (the cabinet of the Minister of Health, Consumer Affairs and Social Wellbeing).

The rest is music: I play guitar and I am passionate about rock, pop, soul, jazz, folk and its surroundings.
