Utpal Vaishnav (UV) is the Founder, Chairman, and Architect of EightQor Group and Managing Partner of EightQor Capital.
Based in Dubai, he has more than two decades of experience building technology businesses, venture platforms, and capital systems, including organizations with more than 200 professionals.
His work spans capital allocation, technology, venture building, and social impact through EightQor Group and its companies: Upsquare, House of Starts, EightQor Capital, and Enrise Social Foundation.
His journey includes a multimillion-dollar exit in 2017 and the acquisition of a multimillion-dollar SaaS telephony business in 2022. He is also the author of #SCRUM tweet: 140 Thought-Lenses to Build Better Software Using Scrum.
