Turning complexity into products that create real value.

I’m an entrepreneurial product and engineering leader who enjoys working where people, technology and business meet.

Give me a complex challenge and a strong multidisciplinary team, and I’ll start exploring, experimenting and finding a path from uncertainty towards something feasible, viable and valuable.

Today, I’m Product & Engineering Director at Priva, working at the intersection of energy, horticulture and building automation. I lead product and engineering for intelligent solutions that help greenhouses and buildings improve their operational performance.

Complex? Great.

I feel at home when the path forward isn't obvious yet.

Throughout my career I’ve worked in technical B2B environments, from cyber security and earth observation to food security, horticulture, building automation and the energy transition.

I like connecting the bigger picture to the next meaningful step, bringing product, engineering, UX, business and domain expertisetogether to turn ambitious ideas into products that work in the real world.

Explore. Experiment. Learn. Focus. Build.

Leading through uncertainty

I believe strong multidisciplinary teams need context, ownership and clear outcomes, not simply a list of things to build.

As a leader, I create direction and focus, challenge assumptions and connect perspectives, while giving teams the space to discover the best solutions themselves.

Speaking

I enjoy making complex ideas easier to understand and discuss.

Whether it’s about product leadership, AI, energy, horticulture or navigating uncertainty, I like sharing practical experiences from working where technology, people and business meet.
