Attorney Venisha Arnold is a Houston, Texas native who graduated Magna Cum Laude (3.5+ GPA) from Lutheran South Academy and received her bachelors degree in Journalism and a minor in Corporate Communications from University of Houston Main Campus.

Arnold followed in her Father's footsteps and attended law school at Texas Southern University.

Prior to starting her legal career, Arnold worked for media companies such as ESPN, Fox Sports Net, CBS Radio, ABC 13 and franchises in the NBA and NFL. She also worked/interned in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

Arnold is licensed to practice law in Washington DC and Texas.

She is also admitted in the US District Courts for the Eastern & Southern District of Texas. Arnold’s practice focuses on litigation.

In addition to her legal career, Arnold is a fitness enthusiast and she enjoys traveling. One of her favorite sayings is "NEVER SETTLE!" She is the founder of the 501(c)3 non-profit foundation Persistence is The Key, which is an organization that concentrates on promoting high academic achievement and humanitarian issues.

In late 2020 Arnold launched a podcast named after her nonprofit called "Persistence is The Key! The Podcast", where she provides a platform by sharing stories of inspiring individuals who used persistence to overcome obstacles & difficulties to accomplish their goals and win in life!

In late 2022 in memoriam to her Father, Arnold started her scholarship fund The ARNOLD Foundation/Henry's Place.

Arnold credits her success to her Faith in God and having very supportive parents.
