Thank you for visiting my page. My name is Victor, and I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Professor of Nursing. My extensive background integrates clinical expertise in medical-surgical care, emergency medicine, surgical services, and psychiatric nursing with a successful record in teaching and curriculum development.

As a nurse practitioner, I help individuals understand the ‘why’ behind their thoughts and behaviors by combining neuroscience, psychopharmacology, therapy, and faith.

As a university professor, I’ve had the privilege of teaching future nurses in both associate and undergraduate programs, guiding them to think critically and practice with humility.

And as a nurse, my experiences span over a decade across emergency medicine, surgical services, and psychiatric nursing while teaching courses in Advanced Cardiac and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
