Service and interaction designer and research in India
I’m an Interaction & Experience Designer working on both physical & digital environments. The main aim is to understand and design services and/or products that respond in a way that provide powerful human experiences.
My goal is to live in the spirit of design and innovation and to build next-generation ideas. I believe in a collaborative working process with both colleagues and clients, to create seamless consumer experiences.
By practising the principles of multi-disciplinary design am keen to explore how technology can be used to influence behaviour. I have worked with a wide range of clients including IKEA, Barclays, Apple, Vodafone, Westside and other Indian and International brands. In past, I have worked with global retail and brand consultancy FITCH where I specialised in how best to translate brands into consumer experiences.
From services, the web, spatial and installations, I try to bring a new perspective, critical insight and knows how to connect ideas in order to have a holistic approach to any given problem in the field of design. I believe in a people-centred approach to generate insightful inspiration from real people. Understanding the core need for design is my strength.
I have done completed my graduation in Spatial Design from the National Institue of Design (NID), India and then completed my masters in Interaction Design from the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design (CIID). I have also been fortunate enough to gain valuable experience in Architecture & Urban Planning at the University at Politècnica de València (UPV) Spain as an exchange student during my association with NID.
I’m a thinker, traveller, foodie and loves to wander the streets to seek inspiration. I would like to say I am filled with extraordinary dreams and the will to live them.
