This pragmatic de-risking ensured 100% operational continuity for 81,000 subscriptions and met every regulatory milestone.
• Ecosystem Orchestration: As the SPOC for the €5M MobiliData program, I aligned 30+ disparate stakeholders—from government ministries to industrial suppliers—to deliver 31 real-time production use cases, institutionalizing a governance framework that secured a €45M follow-on investment pipeline.
• Operational Excellence: For Liebherr International, I engineered a centralized digital architecture integrated with SAP and Active Directory. By automating the 24/7 lifecycle of 4,000 vehicles and 39,000 users, we achieved full ROI in just six months.
