Starting as a teaching assistant, I progressed through roles including teacher, athletic coach, instructional coach, assistant principal, Director of Instruction, principal, School Support Officer, and even adjunct professor. These experiences span all grade levels and diverse communities, providing me with invaluable insights into the multifaceted nature of education.

Having walked in the shoes of educators, I understand the challenges and aspirations. My time in leadership roles has honed my skills in effective decision-making, resource allocation, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Completing the rigorous Lone Star Governance Training further solidified my understanding of a trustee's responsibilities.

I advocate for comprehensive teacher training and retention strategies, drawing from my coaching and leadership roles within and outside of the Cypress-Fairbanks ISD.
