Ward Bushman

For more than three decades, I have worked with people through training, facilitation, and personal development. Today, I am the founder of Lucendra Coaching, where I assist individuals and couples in creating greater clarity, choice, connection, and self-trust.

My work is grounded in honesty, accountability, awareness, and the recognition that the answers we are searching for are often already within us. I believe honesty is Being ONE with what IS, and accountability is being able to account for what we cause, create, generate, call forth, choose, and allow.

I am also the author of You Already Know, a book about listening inward, recognizing what is already present, and living with greater trust in ourselves.

Through Lucendra Coaching, my intention is not to tell someone how to live their life. It is to create a space where they can see more clearly, hear themselves more fully, and choose what they want to create.

Outside of my work, I value family, meaningful connection, laughter, travel, and being fully present for the life I am living.
