Hi, my name is William Saito. I’m a CEO of Intecur living in Los Angeles, California. I am an avid reader of technology news, and a contributor Forbes, Huffington Post, and Bloomberg on topics of entrepreneurship, start-ups, and cyber-security. You can read my articles with a click on the button above.

I am a venture capitalist and a supporter of up-and-coming startups in both the United States and Japan. Since founding I/O Software in my dorm room at University of California, Riverside, I’ve helped a number of businesses get their feet off the ground.

I’ve had experience in both the private and public sectors. From 2013 to 2017, I worked as an advisor to the Japanese Cabinet Office on the issue of cyber-security for government entities. I became a strategic advisor to Japan Airlines in 2015 and was awarded the Medal of Honor for my service to the Japanese government. Nikkei named me as one of the “100 Most Influential People for Japan,” and have been recognized as a leading expert in encryption and biometric authentication.
