William Lively

William Lively is a visionary CEO and entrepreneur who founded and grew EXtrance, Inc., a financial technology company, into a billion dollar company. He revolutionized fund management and pioneered the concept of intra-fund secondary markets.

Before founding EXtrance, Lively served as a Partner at DCI Capital, LLC, the first U.S.-based firm to offer cryptocurrency investment services, co-founded SyndEX Labs, a pioneering blockchain-based commercial real estate company facilitating large-scale, global transactions, later becoming an IBM-partnered company. He also served as CEO and Head of Government Relations for his own family office, Lively Holdings, LLC.

Lively has been profiled by major media outlets, including Yahoo Finance, Technology Innovators, Aspioneer, and Finance & Commerce, and has conducted an exclusive interview with renowned journalist Brian Johnson.
