In my daily work life, I touch a life at least with a smile, a gift, a sign of concern or a hand of help. I read a paragraph of a book each day and say something nice to someone no matter how down or bad my day is.

I try to take responsibility of my wrong doing and apologise to everyone I may have offended in my effort to live through a day. God is ultimately my helper.

Life for a very long time has remained a game for a long time. What happens in the present is as a result of the past actions one took. Taking up the present time and making the most of it is the best suggestion but one must be cautious of the fact that it will surely impart tomorrow's events. So don't worry about what is happening now, there is more opportunity, chance, rewards, joy and satisfaction ahead.

Be joyous. It is difficult to do so sometimes but find in the little silence of you privacy to force a smile to your face. Your day will be just perfect.
