I am an assistant professor in the College of Business at Texas A&M University - Commerce.

Bachelors in Accounting from Morehouse College

PhD in Management from The University of Mississippi.

Research interests: Leadership & Management History.

I have published papers in Management and Organizational History, Leadership & Organization Development Journal, Journal of Management History, and Business Horizons.

Additionally, I have over 10 years of experience as both a social entrepreneur and a business professional.

My favorite pastime is coaching youth soccer!
