I've been working within the ad agency world and marketing departments of a few large-scale companies since 2012. Over this time, I've been able to refine my skills in digital marketing tactics and branding/rebranding, in both the US and the UK. My most recent professional career challenge has been to shift the customer perception and sentiment of a national brand through loyalty and retention program development, leading multiple customer-focused support improvements, and building and leading some of my company's social engagement strategies and analytics.
