Gearie Bowman

Gearie Bowman is a Video Production Content Creator. Raised on the Eastside of Baltimore, Maryland in a poor housing development called Hollander Ridge, Bowman had grown accustom to fighting through the internal and external limitations brought on by a very poor and sometimes hostel environment. He learned early on in his life that he had a gift (or superpower) for storytelling and self-expression that could someday take him far away from his seemingly hopeless trappings of East Baltimore life.

Now, that dream has become his reality! To date, he has produced and directed over 150 music videos, as well as creating content for over 10 prominent production companies. He has also created, directed and produced material for MyCity Network--a regional television network located in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia area, commonly known as the DMV.

Aside from having a number of his music video projects air on nationally broadcasted television networks like MTV, he has also had the good fortune of working with big name directors like Anthony Hemingway (Director of Lucus Film's Red Tails) and with national recording artists such as Waka Flaka Flame, DMX, & Fabolus just to name a few.

Bowman’s journey has lead him to assist children growing up in situations similar to his own to reach beyond any limitation to attain their dreams through his contribution to The Music in Me Foundation as a creative partner and friend.
