Welcome to my about me page.

I am what you would call a free thinker. I have so many concepts and thoughts that I don't know how to manage them most days and by the end of it I feel like I’ve accomplished nothing.

This got me thinking....

How much more could I get done if I made my life more efficient?

So I started my search and it wasn’t long before I found many ways of 'improving' the human mind and body to make it more efficient...

I mean we all love sleep but it does take up a LOT of time.

So I’ve decided to start running some experiments, the first of which is Polyphasic sleep.

I've decided to modify my sleep patterns over the course of 10 weeks (hence the name of my blog '10weeksofnosleep')

I will be documenting any and all changes that will occur and have both a subjective review and a peer review to monitor my health and ability to adapt... (So I’m sorry if you comment and I snap at you. It may just be sleep deprivation)

Anyway, I hope you enjoy my blog and I look forward to hearing from you.

If you have any suggestions on future experiments I could run, don't hesitate to let me know and I may well run it next.
