A native of Siberia, I lived mostly in Ukraine since 2003, then immigrated to Canada in 2006, I lived also in USA in 2013-2014 and England in 2014-2016. Won HKCC prize many times till 2018, and contributed a lot to the new JPEG-XL standard in 2018-2019.
