Critical Decisions
Most companies don’t fail because of the wrong decisions. They bleed out from the ones they delayed.
For over 15 years, I operated within the covert intelligence branches of the Israeli Prime Minister's Office. I managed high-stakes operations and crisis interventions where a wrong decision was simply not an option.
Today, I bring that exact standard, Intelligence-Grade Decision Making, to the executive suite. I act as a Strategic Operator and confidant for CEOs, founders, and senior executives facing paralyzing crossroads, internal leadership conflicts, or high-stakes crises.
I am not a traditional consultant. I don't write generic reports or draw theoretical maps . When an executive or a management team is stuck, I intervene using specialized HUMINT (Human Intelligence) methodologies to drive immediate execution.
My operational protocol is built on three actionable phases:
1. Intelligence Gathering: I read the unsaid dynamics in the room. I identify the hidden egos, internal politics, and blind spots that are actually preventing the decision.
2. The Reality Lens (Wargaming): I confront leadership with the hard truths they are avoiding. We isolate the core issue and cut through the organizational noise.
3. The Cut-Off Protocol: I break the paralysis. We isolate the "decision trigger" and force a definitive, actionable choice, leaving no room for hesitation.
My mandate is simple: Extract leaders from operational chaos, stop the endless discussions, and provide the absolute operational certainty needed to move forward immediately.
Intelligence-Grade Decision Making. Zero room for error.
