Academic and Career Coaching Now Part of Amazon's Employee Benefits

Retail mammoth Amazon blazoned Tuesday that it's adding academic and career guidance to its list of hand benefits, as retailers fight to retain and retain workers in a tight labor request.

The move comes as workers are demanding better pay and benefits. Last week, a Trader Joe’s in Hadley, Massachusetts came the chain's first to bounce to unionize.
